Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, the following booking policy applies: - All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations or changes are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. - Appointments may be rescheduled by clients, provided notice is given more than 24 hours in advance. - Champion Pathway reserve the right to reschedule appointments at any time if necessary. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative time. - Failure to attend or late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in loss of the booking or applicable fees (if you choose to add this).
